The OFT received a super-complaint from Which? relating to the Scottish legal profession.
The consumer body has asked the OFT to look at concerns relating to restrictions on business structures and direct access in the Scottish legal professions. The OFT will now consider this complaint and publish a reasoned response within 90 days.
