Register of Orders and Undertakings
The Register provides details of Orders made and undertakings currently in force under the market investigations of the Enterprise Act 2002, and the monopoly and mergers provisions of the Fair Trading Act 1973.
The Register also lists the relevant reports by the Competition Commission (CC) or Monopolies and Mergers Commission (MMC), or the OFT. It is compiled and maintained under our Enterprise Act 2002 obligations.
