EC Articles 84 and 85 - consultations

In cases where the OFT proposes to grant an exemption under Regulation 4, whether or not subject to conditions or obligations, it must consult the general public. Where the OFT proposes to make a decision that the prohibition in Article 81(1) or 82 has not been infringed it may consult the general public. The proposed decisions in which the OFT is seeking consultation are set out below.
