UK competition court cases database
These pages are a legal resource listing brief details of competition law judgments given in the UK courts which are brought to the attention of the OFT. It does not include those of the Competition Appeal Tribunal or cases arising elsewhere in the EU or the EC courts.
The database
The database aims to list comprehensively UK judgments in cases involving competition law, so as to act as a starting point for further legal research. Listings will contain brief information about the facts of the case and the judgment given. It will also, where possible, give contact details for obtaining further information. Enquiries should not be sent to the OFT.

This database relies on voluntary submissions and is not intended to compete with commercial resources which are able to offer more information than is possible here. However, there is sometimes a significant time lapse before reporting occurs in other resources and not all judgments are reported.
This resource seeks to fill that gap and provide an up-to-date tool to survey the development of competition jurisprudence. Additionally, it will be possible to see the extent to which competition law is being litigated in the UK courts.
Submissions
Additions to the database are welcome. It is expected that this will be done only by lawyers acting in the case. More information on making submissions to the database is available here.
