We are seeking driven individuals to join our high performing Strategy and Planning team. In these exciting roles,you will have extensive experience of programme and/or project management. You will also have previous experience in roles requiring strategic organisational thinking and have the ability to build effective working relationships on strategic issues.
Salary : £43,866 - £59,167 plus excellent benefits

Vacancy title : Head of Pay and Reward
We are seeking a Head of Pay and Reward who will be responsible for managing all pay and reward related issues for the OFT by providing advice and guidance on pay, grading, reward, recognition and benefit programmes. The post holder will manage the pay remit and the pay award implementation process, ensuring that talent is attracted, recognised, rewarded and retained through pay and reward programmes that are linked to performance.
Salary : c. £55k + allowance + excellent benefits

Vacancy title : Head of Employee Relations
We are seeking a Head of Employee Relations who will be responsible for creating a fair, respectful, diverse and high performance culture enabling people to contribute their best. The post holder will develop, deliver and maintain a business focused employee relations strategy that meets the needs of all OFT stakeholder groups and ensure that the Employee Relations team achieve their objectives and work plan.
Salary : c. £55k + allowance + excellent benefits
