In 2012, the OFT participated in the fourth annual Civil Service-wide staff survey. Across the Civil Service, over 297,000 civil servants provided feedback about their organisations.
The survey is designed to measure different aspects of employee engagement, including leadership, change, professional development and fair treatment at work.
