Empowering people - a countrywide survey

Are you working with people to give them knowledge, skills and abilities to deal with problems or situations where they are at a disadvantage?

The Consumer Education Strategy Group (CESG) - Consumer Focus, Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland, Trading Standards, the National Consumer Federation and the Office of Fair Trading - needs your help.

We are carrying out a survey of all consumer empowerment work around the country and need you to tell us about any work that you have been doing during the last two years, we will then share this work across the 'consumer' community.
