Second annual progress report of the Payment Systems Task Force (May 2006)

This is the second progress report of the Payment Systems Task Force, set up
following the Chancellor's pre-Budget report of November 2003 to consider the issues identified in the Cruickshank report of 2000 and to try to secure agreement to putting in place the conditions necessary for an innovative, user-facing industry.
