MasterCard interchange fees - preliminary conclusions (February 2003)
The Office of Fair Trading has reached a preliminary conclusion that an agreement between MasterCard's UK members on a common fee charged on transactions made in the UK by credit and charge cards, infringes the Competition Act 1998.Publication Ref: oft 634
