The OFT is consulting on its findings on its response to a super-complaint submitted by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) on 24 July 2009, relating to the supply of beer in pubs.

Summary
The OFT has decided to open a consultation regarding its findings in response to the super-complaint. The OFT is inviting parties to comment on its findings.
The OFT will consider parties' responses to the consultation, including additional evidence as may be put forward as part of parties' representations, and pursue such further investigation as it considers appropriate, before publishing its final views regarding the super-complaint.
The OFT's examination of the beer tie following CAMRA's super-complaint will continue to focus on whether effective competition is delivering choice and value for consumers.
